This Privacy Policy explains how Calivia Digital Solutions Ltd ("Calivia", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use this website, our printing products and services, and our digital downloads.

2. Information we collect
On this website
- Contact information you send us: if you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share (name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message).
- Technical data: our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used only to operate and secure the site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not collect more than we need to run our products.

3. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries, quotes and support requests
- To operate, maintain and improve our website, products and services
- To process orders for digital products (payments are handled by third-party processors; see section 5)
- To meet legal obligations
4. Legal bases
Where applicable law (including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023) requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent; the performance of a contract (for example, delivering a digital product you bought); and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business.
5. Third-party services
Our website and stores link to or use the following third parties, each with their own privacy policies:
- Google Play: distribution of our Android apps (Google LLC)
- Gumroad: sales of digital products at calivia.gumroad.com
- Flutterwave: payment processing on our Calivia Co store
- Netlify: website and store hosting
- WhatsApp: customer conversations you initiate
When you buy through these platforms, your payment details go directly to the processor; we never see or store your card details.
6. Data retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence we hold by emailing us.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email caliviadigital@gmail.com with the subject "Data request". We respond within 30 days.
8. Children
Our website and products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest revision; material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of our website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
