These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Calivia Digital Solutions Ltd website, our printing products and services, and our digital downloads. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Our mobile apps are covered separately. Each Calivia app has its own terms, written for that app. See App Privacy for the directory, or go straight to the Calivia Cook Terms & Conditions.

1. Who we are

Calivia Digital Solutions Ltd ("Calivia", "we", "us") is a company registered in Nigeria (RC Number: 9442497), located at 50 Ile-Ogbo Street, Ifako Ijaiye, Lagos, Nigeria. Contact: caliviadigital@gmail.com.

2. Use of the website and Apps

• You may use our website and Apps for lawful purposes only.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or services.
• You may not copy, resell or redistribute our digital downloads beyond the licence granted at purchase.

3. Digital products

Digital downloads (planners, journals, toolkits and similar products) are sold through our Calivia Co store and Gumroad. Each platform's checkout terms apply to the purchase, alongside these Terms:

• Products are delivered digitally; no physical item is shipped.
• Download links may be time-limited as stated at purchase.
• If a technical issue prevents you accessing a product you bought, contact us within 30 days and we will re-send it or refund you.
• Digital products are for your personal or internal business use and may not be resold or redistributed.

4. Printing equipment and services

Quotations for printing equipment, consumables, installation, training and maintenance are prepared individually. Specific terms (pricing, delivery, warranty and service scope) are stated in the applicable quotation or invoice and take precedence over these Terms for that transaction.

5. Apps and Google Play

Our Apps are distributed through Google Play and, in future, other app stores. Your use of Google Play is also governed by Google's terms of service. The Apps are provided free or as priced in the store listing. We may update, change or discontinue features of an App at any time.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our Apps, including the Calivia name, logo, text, graphics and software, is owned by or licensed to Calivia Digital Solutions Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without our written permission, except as allowed by law.

7. Disclaimers

Our website, Apps and digital products are provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep everything accurate and working, but we make no warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Content in our digital products and Apps is general information, not professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calivia will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, Apps or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end access to our website or Apps if these Terms are breached. You can stop using them at any time; uninstalling an App removes its locally stored data from your device.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
